"For in the end, we will only conserve what we love, we will only love what we understand, and we will only understand what we are taught. " - Baba Dioum

Understanding that education is a key to building a community that values pets, Animal Friends is proud to operate an on-site resource library. Free to members of the public, the library stocks reading material covering a range of animal welfare topics that are perfect for both casual browsers as well as student researchers. The library also offers free computer access. Animal Friends' Library is a non-lending library that is open to the public. It is also the home to our Reading with Rover program.

Did you know that there are various coat-care tools available for your long-haired cat? In addition to the pin brush and coarse-toothed comb, consider adding a rotating-pin comb to the mix. In addition, cornstarch and talcum powder may assist with really tough situations.
