At Animal Friends we are all about thinking outside the cage. This year’s Black Tie & Tails is no exception. Due to an unprecedented level of need for pet-related support in our region, we knew we needed to step in and help … right away.
What does this mean for Black Tie & Tails? It means we are changing things up and “unleashing” the power and impact of Animal Friends into the communities where it is most desperately needed. From pet food distributions and free vaccine clinics to spay/neuter specials and adopt-a-thons, we are hitting the streets and helping the community now. Then we will party.
What you need to know.
Instead of holding our traditional Black Tie & Tails gala on September 23, we are hosting a series of community resource days from now through October to support the needs of pets and pet owners who are struggling. On Friday, November 3, we will throw a party as a celebratory wrap-up of all that we accomplished together through free clinics, food distributions and other support activities.
