Meet Polo! Polo came to Animal Friends through our HI Department in early November as part of a mass rescue group that included upwards of 64 cats. Although many of these cats have continued to be extremely outgoing and affectionate, some of them are still more reserved and may not be as receptive right off the bat – because of this we recommend having an across-the-board perspective and understanding that due to the conditions these cats previously lived in that they may all adjust at different rates. Polo is one of our “P” cats who needs a bit more time to acclimate to new people and surroundings. Polo would do best in an adult-only home where it is quiet and adopters give her plenty of time to acclimate at her own pace. Polo could potentially live with another cat, but should not live with any dogs.
