Each one of our rabbits has been thoroughly examined by our medical staff and has been spayed or neutered. Each of our rabbits is also "microchipped," or implanted with a small identification chip that can help to get him back home should he get lost.

We request a donation of $60 for a rabbit.

Bun Runs If you've never been to one of these, you really should come! During the Bun Runs, we release our adoptable bunnies into a large room to run and play to their hearts' content. Come to a BunRun!

Come and meet our Bunny of the Month - Cauliflower! If you fall in love with her and decide to add her to your family, there's a basket with toys and treats for both of you! Click on her photo below, you'll want to see the world through her rose-colored eyes!

And don’t forget the great rabbit offerings that run all year long through Animal Friends University. We’re hosting A BYOBunny for a grooming workshop. You’ll learn various spa treatments for your bunny, with basics including nail trimming, ear and scent gland cleaning, brushing, combing and mat removal. The workshop is divided between instruction and practice time for you and your Bun. Register online at www.ThinkingOutsideTheCage.org and bring your own brush, comb, nail clippers, ear cleanser, Q—tips and bath or hand towel. We request a $5 donation for our shelter buns.

We also offer regular Bunny Bonding sessions.
If you have two bunnies at home that just aren’t bonding, we’ll work with you to explore the “meet and greet” ritual, discuss bunny body language, ways to prevent squabbles and break them up if they do happen. Call 412.847.7035 to reserve a time. We ask for only one bundle of greens or one can of 100% pumpkin for our resident bunnies in return!
